The All Star community serves as a global network connecting individual All Stars through digital and physical brand experiences, whether through brand collaborations or mentorship. Our community is a vibrant group comprised of emerging creatives from less-visited circles across style, sports, art, and music. Converse is committed to supporting each All Star from underserved backgrounds through dedicated fundraising and mentorship programs to enhance their portfolio.

By funding these projects and providing mentorship, Converse aims to break down cultural barriers by creating greater access to creative opportunities and empowering each All-Star to move forward.
